We work with companies who are experienced, insured, and comply with the RECA Residential Measurement Standards that we are legally required to follow. By adding a REALTOR® key lockbox to your MLS® listing, you have the freedom to allow REALTORS® to book showings & show your home to their buyers the way they show all other listings, without you needing to be present. It makes REALTORS® and their buyers more comfortable when viewing your home, and doesn’t complicate your schedule. Plus, the lockboxes request feedback from agents that have shown your property. The lockbox remains the property of rhinorealty and will be removed by our personnel after your property has been sold. Rhinorealty lockboxes have an additional security code ensure only agents with showings confirmed by you can access your key.

We will email you a set of the most recent and relevant comparable sold listings that match the size and style of your home, from the same community or residential area. These sold listings are sourced from your local Board MLS® System, the same information REALTORS® use to evaluate properties in your area every day. You can see the sold price, sold date, number of days on market, photos, etc. and use this information to help you decide on your listing price.
